CONTRANS,
Inc. maintains training certification in the latest edition
of the Community
Transportation Association of America's (CTAA) operator training
program. All printed material is provided through the CTAA at a
minimal cost to your agency.
 Standard First, CPR and AED
Course content: - Breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, infants and children
- Identifying and caring for bleeding, sudden illnesses, and injuries
- Preventing disease transmission
- Includes an introduction to AEDs
 It's for:
Emergency response
teams, safety personnel, supervisors, individuals requiring
certification.
Duration: 5 hours or longer Transportation
Safety Institute (TSI) Training
Paratransit
Operator Training
This course
is designed for individuals seeking certification as paratransit
operators. Upon completion of this course, individuals will be certified
by the U. S. Department of Transportation (U. S. DOT). Individuals
who complete this course will receive U. S. Department of  Transportation
certificates. This is a three-year certification.
Bus
Operator Training
This course
is designed for individuals seeking certification as bus operators.
Upon completion of this course, individuals will be certified by
the U. S. Department of Transportation (U. S. DOT). Individuals who
complete this course will receive U. S. Department of Transportation
certificates. This is a three-year certification.
